Job Description: Lead Generation Specialist (3–6 Years Experience)

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with 3–6 years of experience to manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns via Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Native Ads platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain).
  • Manage end-to-end campaign processes, from setup to tracking and reporting.
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and CRM teams to align strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Native Ads.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance optimization.
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
