Research & Technical Accuracy

• Understand and simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Collaborate with internal experts to ensure factual and technical correctness.

Creative Storytelling

• Use storytelling techniques to make content relatable, memorable, and impactful.

• Develop narratives that drive reader interest and showcase value clearly.

SEO Implementation

• Follow SEO best practices to improve content reach and search engine performance.

• Naturally integrate keywords to optimize discoverability and ranking.

Content Strategy Participation

• Support brainstorming and content planning aligned to business objectives.

• Propose fresh content ideas that balance creativity and technical depth.

Editing & Quality Control

• Proofread and refine content to maintain brand tone, clarity, and consistency.

• Ensure all content is error-free and meets publishing standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with design and multimedia teams to enrich written content with visuals.

• Coordinate with marketing to support content promotion across digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.

• Proven experience in writing content for technology or B2B audiences.

• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.

• Strong research capability for gathering and simplifying technical information.

• Understanding of SEO principles and keyword integration.

• Portfolio demonstrating both creative and technical writing samples.
