Eligibility:
  • 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 batch of Graduates
  • Graduate (Technical preferred. See Prerequisite / base skill)
  • Prerequisite / Base skill - Understanding of web language - HTML, JS, CSS (no programming required)
  • Maximum of 2 years of gap in education and not beyond
  • Consistent academic record of a minimum 50% (without rounding off, considering all subjects) in X, XII or Degree (if applicable)
  • No standing arrears at the time of screening process
Job Description/ Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with advertisers and internal sales and service teams via phone, email, chat, and video conferencing as needed.
  • Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products with customers.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to customers on product usage.
  • Utilize strong and clear communication skills when interacting with customers and colleagues, showcasing your enthusiasm and determination to succeed.
  • Deliver high-quality service to customers, surpassing client expectations and quality scoring measures."
