Job Description/ Roles & Responsibilities:

Experience developing applications in Genesys Composer
Experience with the Genesys Platform
Enterprise-scale IVR application development experience
Knowledge of Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Web-Services, REST-based micro-services, and JAVA/J2EE.
Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AI
Experience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc.)
Experience with agile and scrum development methodologies.
Experience with web services integration
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment
