Job Description/ Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Experience developing applications in Genesys Composer
  • Experience with the Genesys Platform
  • Enterprise-scale IVR application development experience
  • Knowledge of Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Web-Services, REST-based micro-services, and JAVA/J2EE.
  • Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AI
  • Experience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc.)
  • Experience with agile and scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience with web services integration
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment
