Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in the payments domain as a Business Analyst, preferably in
acquiring/issuing or switch systems.
• Hands-on experience with BASE24 (Classic or EPS) or other real-time card transaction
switching platforms.
• Strong understanding of credit/debit authorization flows, POS/ATM transactions, routing
logic, and transaction lifecycle.
• Excellent knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging, XML/JSON formats, host interfaces, and
external integrations.
• Ability to understand and interpret transaction logs, interface files, switch routing rules, and
message-level troubleshooting.
• Exposure to card scheme mandates involving Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay, JCB, etc.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication, requirements documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate across business, product, QA, network scheme, and development
