5-17 of experience in Pega Development with Pega-relevant certification
Pega Development and Certification are mandatory
Working experience in Pega PRPC and Pega layer cake structure, a class structure rule resolution ruleset structure, portals views, and harness components.
Basic data storage and database query knowledge through Pega.
Good knowledge of integration and exposure to REST and SOAP APIs.
Good to have knowledge and experience in at least one Pega Industry Framework
Should be able to track and manage own tasks.
Should have very good verbal and written communication.
Key responsibilities:
Good knowledge of Pega BPM
Actively involve in Pega production support for Workflow management and integration engine
Understand defined thresholds for performance and analyze logs in case of issues
Deploy application patches as required to the production environment
Install Hotfixes on each environment based on the application requirement
Analyze and share system performance reports
Handle incidents and PRs
Troubleshoot and triage issues to resolution
Participate in triaging calls and provide analysis of issues
Triage with Pega GCS for issue reproduction and resolution
Biweekly Oncall support.
On-call support over the weekend on rotation
Adhere to Project standards and documentation requirements while updating the relevant documents
