Well versed with project and program management (initiation, monitoring, stakeholder’s management, quality, engineering oversight, financials, risks / issues).
Good communication, presentation, collaboration, negotiation skills.
Any Certification PMP. OR Scrum OR Prince2 is mandatory
Adaptive to learn new technologies.
Understand the customer requirements, participate in proposals, requirement and design workshops to understand the requirements, prepare solution proposals and work order. Project Management - Work with the development and test teams to design, develop, test and implement the applications meeting the customer requirements.
Technology background
Preferably from development background having exposure to Java / MS Technology Stack.
Could have managed large programs on cloud environment, digital transformation.
Able to follow and participate in technical discussions/reviews.
Must have experience in handling Project proposals and estimations, RFPS and Presales.
