A Fortune 500 client entrusted Mazenet Solution to design and deliver a tailored corporate training program aimed at helping women re-enter the workforce after a career break. The objective was to equip participants with the latest, industry-relevant skills, emphasizing current technical skills and behavioral approaches in a customized training approach.

We conducted a comprehensive pre-assessment to evaluate their existing skills and knowledge helping us identify their strengths and areas that required further development.
Curated Content: Based on the pre-assessment results, we curated a personalized training program that included:
Technical Skills: Our certified SME’s delivered training via Mazenet’s LMS platform. The key focus was on Java programming, adding insights into key industry trends including AI/ML, Digital Transformation, and Emerging Technologies
